Hans Kristian Krogh-Hanssen (32) is a proffesional photographer based in Hokksund, Norway. Specializing in capturing moments of action and interesting stories with his camera and writing, has brought him around the globe during the last decade.
His web site is dedicated to photography, which is not only his job, but also one of his great passions in life. He is known as the kind of photographer who can adapt to most enviroments and situations, though he takes special interest in outdoors and active living.
Hans Kristian works full time as a writer and photographer for Schibsted Norway. This job includes taking photos and report for newspapers like Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Adresseavisen, Stavanger Aftenblad and Fædrelandsvennen.
His day office, when not travelling the world, or out looking for frames in the neighbourhood, is at Aftenposten in Oslo.
Hans Kristian also works on several photo projects. He has received prizes for his work, both photography and writing. In 2010 he won the prize for best magazine article in Norwegian media given by MBL – the Norwegian Media Association.
In 2012 Hans Kristian won the prize of best portrait photo in Buskerud. When a student in Australia, he was rewarded the 2005 prize for best magazine article in all of the down under student papers.
His photos and writing has been published in many of Norways larger daily, weekly and monthly publications over the years. He also has experience with commercial photography.
Hans Kristian does small and larger photo assignements for commercial companies, private weddings, child photography, or just about anything you would a photo of.
